In my spare time, I like to take pictures. I’m too impatient to learn much of the technical stuff, so they’re pretty pedestrian. But composing them is super fun.
One of the great things about being a parent is having cool little subjects for your amateur photography. One of the great things about being a writer is it sometimes gives you an excuse to travel to interesting places.
Having a camera along helps you quickly capture things you might’ve lost once the moment passed.
